Firmingers LLP are proud to have worked with a luxury car manufacturer on number of projects at their factory in Crewe including a new showroom and training centre, a 2000+ space staff and engineering car park, the painted body store and build hall for the new SUV.  Firmingers recently completed a new 7,264m2 modular office block and have been appointed to provide quantity surveying / contract administration services for another large car park project.

Our role has included the investigation of options for the location of the café, extensive costings of fabric condition surveys, schedules of dilapidations, maintenance and management plans and cost in use studies. Various costings were also produced to assist the Trust in negotiations with The Church Commissioners and Worcestershire County Council,  who use part of the building for a museum.
